Half-board pampering at Hotel Alpina:
Your half-board begins in the morning with a varied breakfast buffet. Our fresh pastries from local bakers, local meats and cheeses, cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruits, hard and soft boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon/meat loaf or sausages, homemade cakes, fruit plates/salads and much more will help you get a great start to your day. We offer everything your heart desires. Create your perfect breakfast plate according to your wishes and preferences - what better way to start your day!
In the evening, you can enjoy regional and international 4-course menus and varied buffets:
- 4-course meal of your choice (you choose from 3 menus, including one vegetarian option).
- Daily salad buffet with varying contents (raw/marinaded salads, etc) + cheese plates with a selection of cheeses.
- 1 x weekly starter buffet with antipasti, tomato mozzarella, fish and meat and much more
- 1 x weekly dessert buffet with bavarian cream, chocolate mousse, ice cream, homemade cakes, etc.
- 1 x weekly gala dinner with a welcome drink (prosecco).
In the main vacation season, we offer a special children’s buffet for our younger guests - otherwise choose from our children’s menu. No matter if their appetite is large or small, satisfaction is our top priority.
In winter, enjoy daily afternoon snacks with both sweet and savoury delicacies - a great way to gather strength after a day of hiking or skiing.
In summer we offer a weekly barbecue evening. You can choose from an array of meats and sausages as well as various side dishes and sauces. We also offer a wide selection of vegetarian options.
