What are the cancellation terms at Hotel Alpina?
We adhere to the cancellation conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry as amended in 2006.
- up to 3 months before arrival – no cancellation fees
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% cancellation fee
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
- In the last week and no show – 90% cancellation fee
Our tip: In times of Corona, we particularly recommend a
Travel cancellation insurance with our partner Europäische Versicherung.

Cancellation General
Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the AGBH. These are set out in § 5 para. 5.5 – 5.6

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire travel price is due less the cost of meals not taken.

Payment by EC card, Maestro, ATM or cash
Payment by credit card is possible!
What else you should know:
- The prices are per person and night including taxes, but excluding local tax of Euro 2.00. Unless otherwise described in the offer.
- If you book with breakfast only, we will make you an offer on request!
- For dogs we charge € 25,- per day without food. Please bring a basket or blanket for your four-legged friend! We ask for your understanding that dogs cannot be taken into the dining room.
- The rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 for cleaning.
- If you arrive after 6.00 pm, please contact us by telephone.
- We also accept credit cards (VISA and Mastercard) Payment of the invoice also in cash or by EC card
- Bathrobes are provided free of charge
- All rooms have free WiFi and new flat-screen TVs
- 10% discount for all hotel guests at our partner ski school Adventure
