Start with fresh pastries from the regional bakery, local sausage and cheese specialties, various types of muesli, yogurts and fresh fruits, hard and soft-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried bacon / meat loaf or sausages, homemade cakes, fruit platter / fruit salad and much more to get fit and start the day fresh.
In the evening, regional and international 6-course menus and varied buffets await you:
- In the evening 6-course menu of your choice (3 menus to choose from, one of which is vegetarian).
- Daily salad buffet with different varieties (raw vegetables and marinated salads) + cheese board with a selection of different cheeses
- 1 x weekly starter buffet with antipasti, tomato, mozzarella, fish and meat and much more
- 1 x weekly dessert buffet with homemade sweet delicacies
- 1 x weekly gala dinner with welcome prosecco
We offer a children’s buffet especially for our younger guests during the main holiday season, otherwise there is a great children’s menu.
