As part of our dynamic team, you will not only work in a picturesque mountain landscape, but also lay the foundations for a successful career in gastronomy.

In order to give you a great training, we will gladly take time for you so that you can soon take over your own station!

If you do very well at vocational school, you will receive great bonuses, as well as a successful apprenticeship certificate!

Our requirements:

  • Enjoy working directly with guests
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Be physically fit
  • Sense of cleanliness and hygiene

Your tasks:

  • Welcoming, seating and looking after guests during their stay in the restaurant
  • Setting the tables, preparing napkins and cutlery
  • Serving guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks
  • Recommendation and serving of drinks, including wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Friendly and professional communication with guests, answering questions and fulfilling special requests
  • Working with kitchen staff and other service staff to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
  • Dealing with complaints from guests, finding solutions and ensuring satisfaction

If our apprentices pass their vocational school exams, we pay for their driving license so they can take another step towards independence!

Duration of training: 3 years
starting IMMEDIATELY or by arrangement
